Croatian Railway Safety Agency is a national safety authority in the Republic of Croatia in terms of European Union legislation on safety and interoperability of the EU railway system. The founder of the Agency is the Government of the Republic of Croatia. The Agency is an independent body and a public institution, accountable to the Government with powers set by national Railway Safety of the Railway System act (SIRS act).
